Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During high-volume drops or sale periods, processing may extend to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery windows are estimates and begin once your order has been handed to the carrier. Remote locations may take an additional 1–3 days.

Order Tracking

A tracking link is emailed automatically once your order ships. You can also track your package directly through your carrier using the tracking number provided. If you did not receive a tracking email within 3 business days, check your spam folder or contact us and we will resend it.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Final-sale and limited-drop items are excluded unless defective or incorrect — this will be clearly noted on the product page and at checkout.

To start a return, email us at support@ingodiflex.co with your order number and reason. We will send you a prepaid domestic return label or instructions for international returns. Exchanges are subject to availability; if your size or color is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. We will email you as soon as your refund has been issued.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@ingodiflex.co with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund, including original shipping. You do not need to initiate a standard return for defective goods.

We ship worldwide. Domestic orders within the United States use USPS, UPS, or FedEx. International orders are sent via DHL or USPS International. Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee changes but will do our best to help.

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days (domestic) or 14 days (international), reach out and we will open a claim with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we will replace or refund your order.

Most limited drops and final-sale items are marked as such at checkout and are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect. If you are unsure, check the product page or email us before ordering.
