These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit ingodiflex.com or buy from In God I Flex ("IGIF," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Using our site

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have a parent or guardian's permission. You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to hack, scrape, or disrupt it, or by using it for anything illegal.

2. Products and pricing

We work to show our products, colors, and sizing accurately, but colors can look different on different screens and garment-dyed or washed pieces vary slightly from one to the next. Many of our releases are made in limited runs and may sell out. Prices and availability can change without notice. If a product is listed at the wrong price or with incorrect information, we may cancel orders for that item and refund you in full.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or cancel any order, limit quantities, or refuse orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that look fraudulent. Payment is processed securely through Shopify checkout and our payment providers. You agree to give accurate payment and shipping information.

4. Shipping

Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery dates are estimates. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is in the carrier's hands.

5. Returns and exchanges

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags. Sale items and gift cards are final sale. To start a return, email info@ingodiflex.com. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us right away and we will make it right. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

6. Discounts and promotions

Discount codes, giveaways, and on-site promotions are limited to one per customer unless stated otherwise, can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may end or change at any time. We may cancel orders that misuse a promotion.

7. Emails and texts

If you join our email or text list, you agree to receive marketing messages from us. You can unsubscribe from emails anytime, and reply STOP to any text to opt out. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Our brand and content

The IN GOD I FLEX name, IGIF logo, designs, photos, and all content on this site belong to In God I Flex and are protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or sell them without our written permission.

9. Reviews and content you share

If you post a review, tag us, or send us photos, you give us permission to use, display, and share that content in connection with our brand, including on our site and social media. You confirm you have the right to share it and that it is truthful and respectful.

10. Disclaimers

Our site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise that the site will always be available or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, IGIF is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Indemnification

You agree to cover any claims, losses, or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that result from your breaking these Terms or the law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new Terms.
